★ Terms
Terms of use, in plain language.
The rules for using this website and the free RateMe tools. RateMe.ng Solutions Ltd (“RateMe”, “we”) runs both.
Last updated 22 October 2026
What these terms cover
They cover ratemeltd.com and the free tools you reach from it: RateMe Assets, ERP, Logistics, Procurement, Invoices and Workforce, which share one RateMe account. By creating an account or using a tool, you agree to them. If you use a tool for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
Custom systems we build for clients aren’t covered here. Each one has its own written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever differ.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do there.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
The free plans
Each tool is free within the limits shown on its page (for example, a number of products, packages or staff). There’s no card to enter and nothing to pay. If you need more than a free plan allows, talk to us about a custom system.
We may change the free plans or the tools. If a change would reduce what your workspace can hold, we’ll tell you by email or in the tool before it takes effect.
Your data
What you put into a tool is yours. We store it and use it only to run the tools for you and your team, to keep them secure, and to fix problems. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising. How we handle personal details is set out in our privacy notice.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- use the tools for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to hold;
- try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that aren’t yours, or test our security without our written permission;
- overload the tools on purpose, or copy, resell or rebrand them.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why.
What we promise, and what we don’t
We work to keep the tools running and your data safe, but the free plans come as they are, without a guaranteed uptime. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose. The panels on this website marked “Sample data” are illustrations, not real records.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, that come from using the website or the free tools. Nothing here limits responsibility the law doesn’t let us limit.
Stopping
You can stop using the tools at any time. To close your account and delete your workspace, email info@ratemeltd.com from the address you signed up with.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State can hear any dispute.
